Ann Chandler Ludwigsen, born on June 18, 1941, in Manchester, UK, passed away on February 14, 2024, in Toronto, ON, Canada.
Ann was an extraordinary person who touched the lives of many with her kindness and love. She was incredibly smart and always willing to help others. Ann spoke three different languages, showcasing her passion for learning and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.
One of Ann's favorite pastimes was having Coffee Club with her close friends, where they would gather to share stories and laughter. She also enjoyed being part of a Movie Group, where she would indulge in her love for cinema.
When it came to food, Ann had a particular fondness for shrimp, salmon, and dining at her favorite restaurant, Zambuccass. She also had a sweet tooth and enjoyed Mars Bars and OHenry.
Above all, Ann loved nothing more than being with her family and friends. She was always there for her loved ones and cherished every moment spent with them. Ann had four children, Isabel (nicknamed Did), Laura (nicknamed Laura Lou), Joshua (nicknamed Joshie), and Danny (nicknamed Dan). She was also a proud grandmother to Leah, Erin, Evan, Sarah, Emma, Olivia, and Rebecca, Elodie and her 2 Great Grandchildren Rose and Athena
Ann was the elder of 4 girls. After Ann came Mary, Joan and Catherine. Sadly, Cathy died at 62 with many health problems
Ann has cousins in Norfolk, Surrey and Somerset who were very fond of Ann. Only Jane and her husband and children are in Norfolk. Tim and his wife Jan are in Surrey. Cathy and Andy are in Somerset
Ann's kindness and love impacted not only her family but also those she encountered throughout her life. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her memory will forever be cherished by those who had the privilege of knowing her.
