Amber Dawn Pippin, born on March 1, 1982, in Coffeyville, Kansas, passed away on December 11, 2024, in Cape Fair, Missouri. She was a devoted homemaker and stay-at-home mom, known for her exceptional cooking skills and her unwavering love for her family.
Amber was the beloved mother of eight children—Ashley, Shelby, Dusty, Hunter, Rowdy, Briar, Colt, and Cheyenne—and cherished grandmother to her granddaughter, Lux. She is survived by her parents, Jacqueline Pippin and James Wilder, her brother, David Wilder, and her significant other, Keith Johnson.
A graduate of Fairview High School in Oklahoma, Amber had a zest for life that took her to all lower 48 states. She loved nothing more than spending quality time with her family, often gathered around her favorite meals, including homemade nachos and enchiladas, or enjoying a footlong Coney from Sonic. Amber was a fan of music from Nickelback and George Strait, and she enjoyed watching shows like NCIS, Yellowstone, and anything on Lifetime.
Amber's favorite place in the world was Oklahoma, where she found joy and comfort. Her caring nature and ability to bring people together will be remembered by all who knew her. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
