It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Amanda Rae Satterfield, who left us peacefully in Gadsden, Alabama. Amanda was a beacon of love, laughter, and culinary delight for all who had the privilege of knowing her. She was the cherished daughter of JM and Thelma Satterfield, who have gone before her and now welcome her into their loving arms once again.
Amanda's heart was as expansive as her laughter was contagious. Her funny and warm spirit was a balm to many, and her kitchen was always filled with the delicious scents of her skilled cooking. Her greatest passion, above all, was her family, to whom she devoted her life and love.
Amanda is survived by her loving son, Zachry Satterfield and his wife Abriana, as well as her beloved daughters, Lexi Solano and Linzie Solano. She was the proud and doting grandmother to three precious granddaughters: Freya, Aurora, and Hazel, who brought immense joy to her life.
She also leaves behind her sister, Pamela McAlpine, and her brothers, John Satterfield and his wife Candi, and Michael Satterfield and his wife Tesha. Amanda's legacy of love and laughter will continue to live on through her family, who will forever cherish the memories they made with her.
Amanda's life was a testament to the power of family and the simple joys of sharing time together, whether it was through her infectious laughter or her exceptional cooking. Although her time with us was too short, her impact was profound and lasting.
In keeping with Amanda’s wishes, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date to honor the beautiful spirit and legacy she leaves behind. Her family and friends will gather to share stories, laughter, and love, just as she would have wanted.
Amanda Rae Satterfield, you will be deeply missed and eternally remembered.
We'll plant real trees for you in Amanda's memory and display your contribution forever.
All condolences, notes and wishes in this book of memories.
