Alice Louise Dunn ,67 of Station Road, Sylvester passed away peacefully on April 10, 2024 at in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow with Husband Garfield and Daughter Tanya by her side ! She was a daughter of the late Harry Garfield and Violetta May (Sangster) Gosbee.

Alice has been a longtime resident of Sylvester. She loved to play the fiddle and enjoyed the time spent camping and playing music around the campfire.

Alice had worked with Department of Transportation and later with Wearwell Garmets in Stellarton.  Alice also worked at Highland Ford, where she ran Mustang Sally's.

She is survived by her husband Garfield Dunn; daughter Tanya Marie Fraser (Burt MacDonnell); grandchildren Chaylene and Roderick; step-son Blair (Raven) Dunn and their children Emily and Amelia! Great Grandchildren Aliyah , Kayden , Jayden , Ariel , Peyton , Declan , Maverick ; sister Barbara (Doug) Smith, Joan (James) Stewart; brothers Lawson Gosbee and Henry Gosbee.

She was predeceased by sisters Tena Fraser, Ruth MacLeod and Elva O'Connor; brothers Wesley Gosbee and Ward Gosbee.

At the Request of Alice there will be no visitation or funeral service. A graveside service will be held at Heatherdale Memorial Gardens at a later date.

A celebration of life will be held at the West River Fire Hall on a day and time to be announced.

Donations in memory of Alice may be made to The Aberdeen Hospital Palliative Care Unit or a charity of your choice..
