Alexis N. Ringgold was born on July 31, 2003, in Mount Holly, NJ, and most recently lived in Morgantown, WV. Known affectionately as Lexi, she was a vibrant spirit whose passions included hiking, reading, and trying new foods. Lexi had a particular fondness for sushi, steak burritos, and macaroni and cheese, often sharing her culinary adventures with friends and family.

A dedicated first-generation college student, Lexi aspired to graduate with her master’s degree and become a guidance counselor, driven by her desire to help others. She embraced life with the motto "you only live once" and often asked, "what's the worst that can happen?" These sayings reflected her adventurous spirit and willingness to take risks.

Lexi’s favorite place in the world was Ocean City, Maryland, where she cherished countless memories. She is survived by her loving mother Kimberly, her grandmother Patricia, and her siblings, Kassandra and Kyle. Lexi was in a relationship with her boyfriend Josh, who adored her.
