Albert Aguilar, known affectionately as Alberto, Al, and Mr. Aguilar, was born on November 20, 1969, in San Juan, Texas. He passed away on January 11, 2025, in Loma Linda, Ca where he had most recently resided.
Albert was a man of many passions and interests. He loved going on walks, trying new places, and reading the Bible. He had a particular fondness for spicy foods, soups, sushi, and BBQ. Music was a significant part of his life; he enjoyed the sounds of the 70s and 80s, R&B classics, and both Spanish and English Christian music. He was also an avid sports fan, especially devoted to the Dallas Cowboys, and enjoyed both football and basketball.
A talented swimmer and a self-proclaimed "Jack of all trades, master of none," Albert had a joyful spirit that embodied kindness, humility, and a quick wit. He cherished his mother, Dona, and had a deep love for Jesus Christ. His home was his favorite place in the world, where he found comfort and contentment.
Professionally, Albert was a master instructor and a proud truck driving instructor, contributing greatly to his church as a deacon and actively participating in community efforts, including food drives. His inspiring motto, "A man that is prepared has a value of two," reflected his dedication to helping others, as he consistently encouraged his students to strive for excellence.
Albert's love for his partner, Daniella, was profound; together, they envisioned a beautiful life, and he embraced her six children as his own, showering them with affection. He is survived by his beloved mother Dona, stepfather Lino, and brother Johnny.
A gentle soul with a quirky side, Albert found joy in driving control cars well into adulthood. He touched the lives of many, always ready to lend a hand or give the shirt off his back to those in need. His legacy of love, faith, and kindness will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him.
We'll plant real trees for you in Albert's memory and display your contribution forever.
