she loved to spend all of her time outside; and with her friends and family. she was happy any chance she would get to see her niece Julia. Aislinn had a strong passion for making jewelry, ceramics, and learning new hobbies.
Aislinn loved to cook; her favorite meals to make were vegetarian tacos and homemade pasta.
Aislinn was always listening to music no matter what she was doing. her favorite bands and artists were Tash Saltana, fleetwood mac, and katy perry.
Aislinn adopted her cat Moon, at the time. she was in a really hard place. Moon was with her through low and high times.
Aislinn was very active all throughout her life. she loved hiking and rock climbing. As a kid her father would take the whole family on backpacking and bicycling trips. this was something Aislinn valued as good life experiences.
Aislinn Rayne Lagana, born on May 16, 2002, in Richmond, VA, passed away tragically on June 21, 2024, in a car accident. She spent her life in Richmond, where she embraced the outdoors, often found hiking or rock climbing, and cherished the moments spent with her friends and family. Aislinn held a special bond with her niece, Julia, always eager for any opportunity to see her.
Aislinn was known for her creativity, spending countless hours making jewelry and ceramics, as well as exploring new hobbies. She had a deep appreciation for cooking, often preparing vegetarian tacos and homemade pasta for loved ones. Music was a constant in her life, as she found joy in the sounds of Tash Sultana, Fleetwood Mac, and Katy Perry.
Throughout her life, Aislinn faced numerous challenges, including two years of homelessness. Her journey to independence began when she moved out at 18, leading her to achieve significant milestones, she had fulfilling four hard years of dancing. As well as working towards her basic aesthetician license. Aislinn was proud of her resilience, having lived in three different apartments and celebrating a year of sobriety before her untimely passing.
Aislinn was known for her generous spirit, always willing to lend a listening ear or help those in need, even during her own struggles. She possessed a unique charm that revealed itself once you got to know her, and her humor and kindness left a lasting impression on everyone who crossed her path. A deeply spiritual person, Aislinn approached life with love and an open heart.
Her life was cut short due to a tragic car accident, where she was driving 93 in a 55 zone. Aislinn's memory will forever be cherished by her family and friends, who will carry her spirit in their hearts.
