Mike had a passion for working on cars and could often be found tinkering under the hood. He also had a love for soul food, with fried chicken being his favorite. Classic Motown music filled his days with joy and rhythm.
An Army veteran, Mike served his country with honor and pride. He had a unique ability to bring laughter to any room and enjoyed making people smile. Germany held a special place in his heart, being his favorite destination in the world.
While he preferred reading books over watching TV shows, football captured his interest when it came to sports. As a proud father of two sons, Mike cherished his role as a parent. He was also a loving grandfather to three grandchildren. Additionally, he was a beloved brother to two brothers and one sister. He was an amazing uncle to a host of nieces and nephews.
Mike served as an inspiration to others with his motto of "Love Life." As an Army segarant and a tow truck driver, he had numerous accomplishments and contributions throughout his career. His faith was important to him, and he was a devout Baptist.
He leaves behind cherished memories and a legacy of laughter and love, where his smile was known to brighten up a room. His joyful soul was infectious and was a hallmark trait of his. Mike's presence will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
