Charles L. Autry was born July 5, 1939, in Houston, Texas. Charles went to be with our beloved Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on April 7th, 2023.
Charles, or Paw as most of his loved ones called him, is survived by his children, Dennis Autry (48) and Jennifer Autry (36) and his 3 grandchildren; his great granddaughter; as well as numerous extended family members. Preceding Charles in death are his beloved wife Winona Autry and his parents Eugene and Wilma Autry.
Charles graduated from Booker T. High School before moving to the Dallas area, where he graduated college and became married shortly after as well as starting his family. Charles enjoyed the simple things in life, such as sitting outside and enjoying the weather, music, fishing, hunting and barbecuing with his family. He was a kind and loving person and gave a piece of himself to all he came across.
The family will receive friends from 10am-12pm at the Restland Memorial Chapel.
